    • Full Venue: Our full venue can accommodate up to 200 guests. 

    • Partial buyouts: Semi private, and can accommodate up to 70 

    • The Cavalier Room: Our private room can accommodate up to 30 guests

    • 14+ days from the event: No charge.

    • Within 14 days: 25% of the minimum spend.

    • No-shows: Full value of the minimum spend.

    • 30+ days from the event: No charge.

    • Within 30 days: 25% of the minimum spend, for any reason, whether within or outside the host’s control.

    • Within 7 days: 50% of the minimum spend.

    • Within 72 hours: 100% of the minimum spend.

  • The minimum spend is the dollar amount you must spend on food and beverage (before taxes, gratuity, and fees). 

  • We require a deposit of 50% of the minimum spend for full venue events. The amount will be taken in advance and applied to your final bill night of.

  • Yes, we have a wireless microphone, live music set up, DJ equipment, and a portable projector available for an additional charge.

  • Yes, our digital art screens are customizable for full venue events only. An additional charge is applied.

  • Yes, we work with DJS, magicians, photobooth vendors, florists, and more. Contact us for more information on specifics.

  •  Yes. We have a list of recommendations. Please let your events manager know what you are looking for.

  • We can accommodate minimal furniture removal. For groups of 150-200 requiring extensive furniture or room reconfiguration, there is a furniture removal fee.

Food & Beverage

  • Yes, we can accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. We will need advance notice so that our chef can accommodate. 

  • We don’t offer a pre-fixed menu, but we do offer canapes, food stations, and shared plates.

  • Yes, pre-orders need to be finalized a week prior to your event.

  • Host bar

    • Host is responsible for payment of their guest’s beverages upon consumption. We require a curated menu for guests to choose from to help streamline service. You can also set a price limit on other beverages, in addition to the curated menu.

    Cash & Carry Bar

    • Guests are responsible to pay for their own beverages at the bar.

    Drink Tickets 

    • We provide drink tickets for the host to give their guests. Host is responsible for payment of this tab. Guests are able to purchase additional beverages at the bar after using their drink tickets.

  • Yes, options can be found in our events package.

  • Yes, we charge a $250 fee for our beverage director to create a custom cocktail. We would need to know in advance what your preferred spirit base, flavour profile, and allergies are.

  • Yes, we have a free-spirit menu available in our events package.

  • Yes, for partial and full venue buyouts with a curated drink menu.  We can design and print menus for an additional fee, or you can bring your own.
